si bien la fecha de vto para estados contables era el 31-12, el caso es que sthe no esta obligada de ahora en mas cada 3 meses presentarlo, si lo debe presentar cada 12 meses, en este caso sera cuando venza la opa, es decir marzo, por ende en abril tendremos balance

Te pagan 1,70 si la cantidad no es significativa te conviene guardarlas, no les des el gusto a estos tipos, tendran que pagarla lo que se fondearon en la bolsa, promedio de compra del ANSES 16$, a esto le deberian sumar intereses e inflacion, flor de negocio hacen estos atorrantes con dinero del minoritario y de nuestros jubilados.

Les pregunto a los que se quedaron con acciones, que planean a futuro que les hace no vender al precio de la OPA?
1- distribuciones de dividendos
2- futura oferta de compra de sus acciones a un precio "justo"
3- ninguna de las dos pero no vender por bronca

Personalmente la bronca la tengo, con la 1 ni sueño, y la 2 no creo que lleguemos a un precio justo pero si algo que refleje mejor el valor de la empresa.

yo te digo lo mio.............compre entre 6,50 y 7,60.
para que me paguen 1 y pico.........lo doy como perdida y espero sin vender nada, hasta que me den algo "razonable"
sino siento que le regalo las acciones vendiendoselas.
tal vez este equivocado y no quiera asumir la perdida. tampoco meti mucha guita. algo de 1000.
veremos que resulta.

TORONTO, Cananda - ShawCor Ltd. (TSX:SCL) said Wednesday it has signed a deal to sell its joint-venture interest in Socotherm Brasil to its partner, Tenaris.

The company said it expects to realize US$30 million in net proceeds, plus the potential for more based on future performance.

Socotherm Brasil operates a pipe coating facility which is managed by Tenaris in Brazil.

The company said the sale was part of a strategy to focus on operations it manages and controls.

ShawCor expects to record an after tax loss of approximately $4 million on the sale in its fourth quarter.

"Following the sale, ShawCor will continue to serve Tenaris' global pipe coating needs and the Brazilian pipe coating market from its global pipe coating plant network," the company said in a statement.

ShawCor has over 75 manufacturing and service facilities around the world.

Tenaris announced on December 4, 2013 an agreement to purchase, subject to regulatory approval, the remaining 50% interest in Socotherm Brasil from Socotherm Americas, a division of ShawCor.

Socotherm Brasil operates a pipe coating facility managed by Tenaris, which is located near the Confab welded pipe mill in Pindamonhangaba, Brazil. The company to date has been a 50-50 joint venture between Tenaris and Socotherm Americas.

“The integration of this coating company with our operations will enable Tenaris to better serve our customers, offering a complete pipe and coating solution mainly for the Oil and Gas industry worldwide”, said Renato Catallini, President of Tenaris in Brazil.

Tenaris will continue its strategic relationship with Socotherm and ShawCor worldwide as suppliers of coating solutions for our pipeline projects. We thank Socotherm for their longstanding and fruitful partnership in Brazil since 1999.
