Corp. America operates airports in Brasilia and Natal in Brazil and holds a 33 percent stake in Unitec, a microchip maker, that it acquired from former Brazilian billionaire Eike Batista. The Buenos Aires-based holding company is working with a bank to possibly take several units public in New York next year which would include the technology, airports and energy businesses, said Eurnekian, who is the son of Armenian immigrants.
“Next year we should be listing two to three companies in the U.S.,” Eurnekian said. “It will depend on a few things but I can guarantee that we’ll be ready when the moment comes.”

A través de diversas notas, quedó claro que la producción del yacimiento denomina Campo Boleadoras, de CGC, venía en declinación. Por eso Distrigas sugirió unir el gasoducto San Martín, que trae gas desde Tierra del Fuego y otras locaciones, con el sistema de El Calafate.
La intención original del Gobierno era que CGC, la petrolera de Eduardo Eurnekian, le traspasara al Estado un gasoducto de 14 pulgadas. Aunque no está claro si la cesión se concretará ni cuáles son los términos de la discusión, en su última nota el Enargas fue por mucho más que el objetivo inicial. Consideró que el ducto de CGC "no da respaldo para el abastecimiento del sistema Calafate/Río Turbio tanto para el horizonte 2033 como para la alimentación prevista/informada" para la usina Río Turbio. Pero reconoce que le alcanzaría para cubrir el consumo actual de gas de la zona.
Si el nuevo gobierno no toma una decisión distinta y todo sigue el cauce actual, la seguridad energética de Cristina Kirchner en El Calafate mejorará sustancialmente en los próximos meses.

Ya me lo habian comentado que el problema era el pago porque el BCRA no le deja girar las divisas
pero con Macri esto se soluciona, y el armenio esta primero en la lista de quedarse
con los pozos de PESA

Che, dejen de reproducir huevadas, si bien está cantado que con un decreto lo puede eliminar, además tiene justificaciones mas que válidas por no mantener el valor de la moneda y degradar el activo a futuro del bcra acusandolo ante el senado
