Ademas, pensando como inversor que quiero comprar acciones, las acciones los viernes a ultima hora suelen bajar porque muchos quieren estar liquidos durante el finde y no llevarse sorpresas y asi disminuir su riesgo. Para que voy a publicar la nota el viernes a la mañana, pudiendolo hacer a ultima hora comprando todos los que salen a las 16.45??

Acuerdense de lo que dijo el presidente de ANCAP, habló de otras manifestaciones de interes por carc. Yo me la juego all in a q hay otra oferta superadora, estan analizando cuando comunicarlo, puede ser al final de la rueda, para no provocar una voladura antes del finde

si me preguntas a mi, creo que al menos una segunda oferta puede ser lo que este demorando la información. No descarto que Uruguay suele copiar las manias nuestras de manipuleo de información para sacar ventaja del fondo de la olla. Si la oferta hubiese sido una, no tendrían mucho mas que investigar ya que durante todo el proceso, a Pure Life ya la deberían haber investigado (mas sabiendo que tiene socios argentinos con problemas de papeles)

Claro si fueran los arabes ya los tienen recontra estudiados, lo hubiesen comunicado enseguida. Acá hay gato encerrado
