Exercise of Warrants



The Board of Andes (AIM: AEN; BCBA: AEN) announces that it has received notice from a warrantholder to exercise warrants to subscribe for 32,571 ordinary shares of 10p each (the "Shares") at a price of 26 pence per share. The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.



The Company has received £8,468.46 and application will be made for admission of the Shares to trading on AIM and dealings in the Shares are expected to commence at 8.00am on 13 April 2017.



Total Voting Rights



Following Admission of the 32,571 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 605,537,372. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules

Following Admission of the 21,143 Ordinary Shares, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue will be 605,558,515. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules

$15 $16 lo alcanzó por la espectativa que generó la fusión con Mercuria a la semana de abrir la cotización

Si si exacto me acuerdo porque yo compre en 16 y luego fui comprando a la baja hasta hace 3 dias que compre en 10,80. Vengo abajo muy mal

Yo compre la mayoria en 12 luego algo en 14 y 15 y ahora otro resto en 11.
Para estrategia a largo plazo en lanzamientos cubiertos. Claro que si rompe el soporte en 11 se me complica bastante el panorama

ojo, si mal no recuerdo, ya hubo bastantes ejercicios en este papel (teniendo en cuenta aen) y uno fue el que impulso el valor a 15/16.

Algo parecido paso con PESA y termino bien la historia

ojo, si mal no recuerdo, ya hubo bastantes ejercicios en este papel (teniendo en cuenta aen) y uno fue el que impulso el valor a 15/16.

Upstream Capital Partners VI Limited ("Upstream"), part of the Mercuria group of companies,
to exercise warrants to subscribe for 10,228,089 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the
"Shares") at a price of 43 pence per share, further evidence of Mercuria's support for the
Company and its management. As a result of the exercise of these warrants Mercuria
maintains its 78% interest in the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company has received £4,398,078.27 and an application has been made for admission of
the Shares to trading on AIM and dealings in the Shares are expected to commence at 8.00
a.m. on 21 November 2017. The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing
issued ordinary shares.

Following Admission of the 10,228,089 Shares and of the 361,429 Shares, which are the
subject of a separate announcement also issued by the Company this morning, the total
number of shares in issue will be 2,532,942,512. The Company does not hold any Shares in
